RESERVATIONS:

1.) May be made for those who wish to stay 3 months or more

2.) Deposit of $190. Reserved by no later than 1^st of October

3.) The rest of the month (2) rent required upon arrival

4.) For those who wish to stay less than 2 months, first come/first served basis.
